The case study focuses on avatarin’s founders Akira and Kevin as they worked to create a new instantaneous form of transportation while working at ANA.

 

The authors of this case study, Dr. Linda A. Hill and Emily Tedards, made the following observation to the CEO of ANA Holdings Inc.

 

“We are privileged to have the opportunity to study avatarin. Akira Fukabori and Kevin Kajitani exemplify 4th industrial revolution leadership.  Leaders of the future will have to build innovative organizations that are collaborative-ready—organizations that can partner with others in the private sector, government and not-for-profits to deliver human-centric solutions at scale.”
